Whew! What a wild couple of days it has been for me! One day I'm racing along the track with my buddies, and then whoosh!! I'm whisked away in a van with several other of my friends! The ladies driving the van were very nice to all of us, Here I am trying to help give directions!
It was a very long ride in the van, but I didn't mind it so much because there were others with me.
Then we arrived at a really wonderful place. It was so pretty there, and there was lots of grass and they let us run and play. They also gave us really nice warm baths, and food to eat.
Then the next day, a nice lady who called herself my Fauxma took me to her house! She has 3 other houndies too, and they are all really nice to me. One is even my size! She also has 2 of the little furry things that mew. I don't see them too much though.
I admit, I was a little nervous when I got to her house. Meeting new hounds, smelling new smells - it was a lot to take in. But Fauxma was very nice, and let me lay in my crate for a bit, and let me play in the yard with the others.
After a bit, she helped me up the stairs to her bedroom. The stairs were a little scary at first, but I got lots of praise (and some treats) and went right up with the other girls. Then we all curled up on comfy beds. I found the biggest one and I love it! Its so soft and makes me fall right to sleep. I'll write more later, but right now, I'm going to have a nap!
Fauxma says they can't stay in there, and she pulls them out of there all the time. But then I go and put a couple back in. Just to make sure I know where they are when I'm ready to play again.
